Managing Brokers - Are You Supervising Your People?

These duties include training, supervising and assisting in areas such as company policies, real estate transactions, advertising and more.

Teams are not (or at least should not be) separate entities. They are a functional unit or an artificial construct within a sponsoring brokerage company. The best analogy is that the team might operate like a company within a company, like a division.
