REALTORS® Earn Victory in Mass Transit Reform Bill

Illinois REALTORS® successfully prevented new property taxes from being included in a comprehensive mass transit reform package passed by the Illinois General Assembly. The legislation now safeguards both the state’s transportation future and the dream of homeownership by excluding any new real estate taxes.

IRRF Helps Affected Property Owners Through a Record Number of Disaster Relief Campaigns

So far in 2025, the Illinois REALTORS® Relief Foundation (IRRF) has had a record number of relief campaigns aiding Illinoisians affected by the higher number of disasters already this year.
