Illinois REALTORS® are scrambling to make their voices heard before Congress votes on the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) renewal. And it could happen this week. Illinois Home Sales Down in June, but Homes Sold Quickly and at Higher Median Prices

It’s shaping up to be an unusual summer market, with low inventory putting a damper on total home sales in June even as listings are selling for higher prices and at a faster pace, according to the Illinois REALTORS® Housing Report released Monday. Mortgage interest rates remain affordable, leaving potential homebuyers in a strong position once supply catches up with demand. Frazier Receives AE Award for Leadership 

Congratulations to REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois CEO Deb Frazier, who was awarded the Margery Shinners Rhino Award at last week's Association Executive Workshop. The annual award recognizes association executives who symbolize strength, leadership and loyalty to the profession. 

Livingston County REALTORS® Help Restore Pontiac Home for Illinois Bicentennial

To celebrate the Illinois Bicentennial in 2018, the Livingston County Board of REALTORS®’ donated money and volunteers for landscaping restoration at the historic Jason Strevell House in Pontiac prior to its June 23 opening. Find out more about this project and find links to other legacy projects that local associations around the state have assisted.
