Time is Running Out! Take Action Now on the Renewal of the National Flood Insurance Program

We need your help on the National Association of REALTORS®' Call for Action on flood insurance. Failure to renew this important national program will jeopardize 40,000 property sales a month. Join the 3,299 Illinois REALTORS® who've told their congressional representatives to renew the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) by July 31 deadline. Act now!


Bicentennial Plaza Project is Cover Story in Springfield Publication 

Describing the improvements as trail blazing additions to the capital city, the latest issue of Illinois Times features an article about the construction of the Bicentennial Plaza — A REALTOR® Community Partnership and the restoration of the Governor's Mansion across the street. The plaza project will also be featured on Springfield's PBS television station as part of WSEC's Illinois Stories program. The segment, "Landscape Architecture at the Y Block," will be broadcast on July 19, 22 and 23. Find the full schedule and details on how you can watch if you are in the Springfield area.

Illini Valley REALTORS® Support Streator Sesquicentennial Murals

For its bicentennial legacy project celebrating the state's 200th birthday, Illini Valley REALTORS® partnered with local organizers to help Streator fund 17 murals around town in honor of its sesquicentennial. REALTORS® helped with the cost of the murals and provided volunteers. Find out more about this project and find links to other legacy projects that local associations around the state have assisted.
