IDFPR Online Portal Open for Broker License Renewals 

The Illinois REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center has the broker renewal information you need to know. Find broker renewal requirements, educational course options and license lookup information on the Broker License Renewal page. To pay for your license renewal online, visit the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) website

Members Pay Just $25 for American Warrior Real Estate Professional CE:  Feb. 21 in Lisle, Feb. 22 in Chicago 

The American Warrior Real Estate Professional CE course will be offered at two Chicago-area locations in February. Both programs include lunch, CE credits and a signed copy of "Outlaw Platoon" by keynote speaker Sean Parnell. Registration and more information.

'Home Is Where the Heart Is' Essay Contest Closes in Two Days

The "Home Is Where the Heart Is" Bicentennial Essay Contest will close at 11:59 p.m., Thursday (Feb. 15). Twenty-three scholarships, ranging from $1,000 to $250, will be awarded. Share the online form.

Illinois REALTORS® Offices Closed Feb. 19 for Presidents' Day

The Illinois REALTORS® headquarters in Springfield, Ill., including the Legal Hotline, will be closed on Monday, Feb. 19 for Presidents' Day. The office will be open on Feb. 22 for George Washington's Birthday.
