Congratulations to two Illinois REALTORS® who were recognized at the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C., for earning the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation for association executives! 🎉 Ramona Ruskuls is the Director of Specialty Divisions for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and Tina Franklin is the CEO for the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS®. RCE is the professional designation designed specifically for REALTOR® association executives.

Matt serves as the Association Leadership Liaison, Sarah Ware serves as the Housing Issues Liaison and Deena serves as the Commercial & Industry Specialities Liaison. Committee Liaisons serve as a conduit for communication between the Leadership Team and their assigned committees; help committees operate effectively; and help identify future committee leaders.

As NAR's REALTOR® Legislative Meetings are in full swing this week, we want to recognize the Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs) from Illinois! FPCs are a key link in the chain of communications between local REALTORS®, members of Congress and the National Association of REALTORS®. FPCs strive to help members of Congress better understand issues that affect real estate. A big thank you to these individuals for their work all year to protect homeownership and private property rights!
